Hey I bought 2 years ago a Fitbit Ionic and evrything worked fine till today.

My heart rate sensor is not working correctly.

I tried to restart my watch and still not working.

I turned the heart rate sensor off and after 10 min i turned it on and still not working.

I dont know what to do now do you have and advices for me to solve the problem?
