Heart rate sensors not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've been having trouble getting my Heart Rate readings. I am trying to Calibrate my Iconic; however, when I plug it into a charger I get a message that read "Not Charging not enough power detected from this source." I've cleaned the brass connections and tried different power sources. Any suggestions?

Hi @RunPastor843, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. First, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing? Also, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such information was really helpful for other users that were experiencing the same uncommon behavior.

Looking forward to your reply, let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you for addressing my post. The sensors are not flashing. Sleep tracking and heart rate worked fine in the middle of last week then suddenly stopped.

During my factory reset of the device, it is trying to calibrate and instructs me to plug in the device; however, when I do, it tells me that no enough power is detected from the source. I have tried to charge from wall with an adapter as well as from a USB port on my laptop and get the same result.

Any advice you have would be appreciated.

thats because you have the

firmware 27.70.7.27

I have the same issues 😞

I’m not convinced the firmware is the reason. My heart rate sensors stopped suddenly Thursday of last week. I didn’t update the firmware to the current version until Sunday. I’ll keep digging or shop for different watch.

On verra !

Mines doing the same since the 4th, no heart rate data in app, no lights from the sensors yet the watch is showing my current heart rate just fine and I only updated the firmware when I was forced too last week since my clock face wouldn't work
