I've had my ionic and wore it every single day since receiving it as a gift. Yesterday, when I plugged it in to charge, the screen and the green light went out. Since then it has no signs of life. Charged overnight, no change.
Had anyone's ionic crashed and ceased to work suddenly recently? I think there was a software update and I believe after that watch no longer turns on.
Help? Fitbitter with 9 years worth of data, now suddenly off the grid.

@blueorbits It's nice to see you on the Community. I appreciate that you mentioned you have been a Fitbitter with 9 years worth of data.
Thanks for the troubleshooting tried. I would like you to restart your watch, you may want to try the tips in this article to get it charging it again.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Thank you Silvia, After a few weeks off, I was able to restart it and it's working again.
I have another question. I would like to log daily caloric intake for my daughter. Can I make her an additional account somehow?
She doesn't have an Ace (maybe in 7 years).

@blueorbits Thanks for getting back. I apologize for the delayed in my reply.
I'm glad to hear that your Ionic started working again. If you would like to create an account for your daughter, the best option will be to create a family account but you'll need a Fitbit kids device.
Otherwise, you'll be able to just log activities on your kids account.
Learn more about it by checking these articles: How do I get started with Fitbit kids devices? How do I manage my Fitbit family account?
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
