Re the restoration graph. This is a known bug that Fitbit are working on. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-Premium-Coach/Sleep-Restoration-Heart-Rate-graph-is-blank-on-...

Re the heart rates. The recent update on the Ionic changed from Active Minutes to Active Zone Minutes and, as part of this, the heart rate zones changed to take into account your resting heart rate so that they are tailored to your fitness level. Many people - including myself - have seen quite a jump in the start point of the zones. There are a couple of help files that may help explain things. This one covers the new heart rate zones: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1565.htm?Highlight=custom%20heart%20rate and this one covers Active Zone Minutes: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1379.htm
