hi
about 7-8 months ago i was having trouble when me fitbit would always turn off. i got hold of fitbit then it was ok again. now its doing it again. is this a fault?
because i contact my first enquiry under warranty and now i dont think my fitbit is under warranty. i wonder if any thing can be done about this! i love my fitbit but its just getting irogring when it does this.

I have exactly this problem. No real logic, goes a few weeks fine then I try and use the stopwatch and it turns off or go for a run and it turns off. Even happens from time to time in the night, which means you always need a back up alarm. I am on my third Iconic, first just turned off and never came back on, second, kept failing to sync and this one is just unpredictable. Response from Fitbit support less than impressive (basically, we know it doesn't work, we don't know how to fix it, revert to all the manual ways you used to do things before you invested in a £200 watch!:
