Help blank screen

Today, my Ionic screen went blank and an hour or so after trying to hard reset it, it displayed a triangle with an exclamation mark. When I tried to reset it again, it went blank.  What can I do? What does it mean?

It's great to have you here @D4getmenot2! I appreciate the reset you performed in order to fix the blank screen you got. 

 

The triangle an exclamation mark, usually means that the firmware update didn't finish correctly. However, in your case doesn't seem like you were doing this procedure. I would like you to confirm you followed these steps to restart it: 

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Blaze, Fitbit Ionic, or Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

I did try all sorts of things, but no luck. After talking with customer service at Fitbit and sending them a video, they are replacing it. Renae
