I am having problems with my Iconic, I find it a little hit and miss when syncing to my phone, it will work for a few days and then stop and no longer connect via Bluetooth, I have tried turning on and off Bluetooth with no success, then for no reason it will connect again. Does anyone else have the same issue or do they have a possible solution. I admit I don’t have the most up to date phone, a Galaxy A5, but it frustrating when i know it can work then stops.

Your phone is not on the Approved Devices list so may work for some functions and not others.

This is true but I mainly use my watch for running and it does mostly record my runs, and I do mostly receive messages and emails etc, it just stops for some reasons, maybe I need a new phone😀
