My ionic homescreen shows 0 for steps stairs and everything else. Can someone pls help me regarding this.
Ive restarted it a couple of times but of no help.its the same after many trials.

Have you tried changing your clock face to a different one? If not give that a try. If that doesn't work, I think your only option may be a factory reset.
On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset.

Hi, I faced the same problem, I did a factory reset and now my watch refuses to connect to my phone. Please help.

Have you removed the watch from your account in the fitbit app and also unpaired it in your phones Bluetooth settings?

Have you tried restarting both your Ionic and phone?
