hi,

 

my ionic automatically starts the bike-exercise, when i'm just working at my desk.

 

how can i turn this off?

Go onto the fitbit app on your phone - tap the account card in the top right corner of the screen - scroll down to exercise and tap that (under goals) - tap on any of the exercises you wish to ignore and turn off the auto-recognise toggle.
