I believe it was on Friday, November 16th, my Ionic suddenly is off on the clock by over 12 hours. I don't know if it is AM or PM on the watch right now, but it is currently 11/18/18 at 5:39 PM and my watch says 11/17/18 9:28.
I went to my settings and checked my time zone and it was correct. I am not sure what else to do with this.

@jenniferkeller, use the Fitbit.com Dashboard->Settings to change the Time Zone to a different zone than the one you are currently in, and sync the tracker. Then use the same screen to set the time zone back to yours, and sync the tracker again. That should change the time to the correct zone.

Hey @jenniferkeller, I hope you are doin' fine! Thanks for verifying your timezone settings on your Fitbit account. I'd like you to tell me if the tips that @USAF-Larry shared, worked for you. If not, beside of what he recommended, I would suggest you to restart your Ionic and then sync it.
Keep me posted!
