Fitbit customer service investigated an issue with my fitbit and offered a discount for new purchase. However they didn't communicate the discount will not be on top of thanks giving sale amount. Waited 2+ months to order and today they communicate the discount cannot be applied. Couldn't talk to any higher up Customer service manager/VP to communicate the issue. Hoping the department VP sees this and can honor which was a mistake in communication on their side to resolve the amount.

Again, this was not communicated clearly when the person provided the original discount. How can I communicate to your customer service head about this issue and what can be done due to miscommunication?
