Hourly activity data not syncing properly after 10:30

Hi All,

I have a very bizarre, very specific problem that has started over the last couple of weeks.

I have an iPhone XS, iOS 13.2, Fitbit app 3.9.1 (894). My time zone on my phone and in Fitbit is set to Adelaide (Currently ACDT +10:30). I have the Ionic with version 68.9.15 installed.

Between 09h00 and 09h30 ACDT, I can do >250 steps and the dial upon sync will show 1 section completed and when I click into the dial it will take me to the Hourly Activity screen where I can see that 1 hour of 9 has been completed. This stays the same between 09h30 and 10h00.

Now this is where the weirdness starts. Between 10h00 and 10h30, >250 steps achieved and sync updates the dial to two sections, and the Hourly Activity updates to 2 sections completed.

10h31 - 11h00. A sync between this time cause the 2nd section on the dial to disappear, while the Hourly Activity still shows 2 hours.

11h00 - 11h30. >250 steps. Dashboard dial still shows 1 section but text states 3 of 9 hr. Hourly Activity inside shows 3 hours.

11h31 - 12h00. Sync at this point updates from 1 to 2 sections on the dial. Text states 3 of 9 hours and the Hourly Activity shows 3 hours.

12h00 - 12h30. >250 steps. Dashboard dial still shows 2 section but text states 4 of 9 hr. Hourly Activity inside shows 4 hours.

12h31 - 13h00. Sync at this point updates from 2 to 3 sections on the dial. Text states 4 of 9 hours and the Hourly Activity shows 4 hours.

And so on, the day continues in this strange manner until 17h00 where once I have achieved >250 steps the dial updates to complete and shows a solid dial with 9.

I have a work cellphone that is Android and installed the Fitbit app on there. Interestingly enough it is showing the same issue but that could just be what a server somewhere is send to the app as I did not pair my ionic with the Android Phone at this stage.

Also, on the Ionic, everything is fine. When I complete >250 steps at the beginning of the hour, the Hours Activity updates immediately in the My Day section (swiping up on the screen).

I have forgetten my ionic in Bluetooth, reset my phone, hard rebooted my phone, hard rebooted my ionic, deinstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app to the point where I am convinced the error is Fitbit system software, somewhere.

@SilviaFitbit Thanks for letting me know. Good to know it wasn't something I managed to do. 🙂
