How can I select what navigation system must be used GPS or GLONASS

As Glonass, the russian verion of GPS is better in built-up areas, like highrise buildings etc, I should be able to select which version will be used by the Ionic. 

By comparison, the SUUNTO watches have this option in their menu, to swap at the fly.

In the Ionic manual I don't see any info on Glonass at all, only this line:

A GPS receiver with GLONASS, which tracks your location during a workout

Anyone know how this can be configured ?

Meaning what ? Does it use a mix, or just GPS unless it's unavailable ?
