How can I sync to control spotify

Hi, I use a Moto x4 and I cannot sync music control when I use spotify in my phone.

Any solution/advice?

Try switching off other devices running Blutooth that you have used to sync your Fitbit.  Ionic seems to get confused if there is more than one device to try to sync to. Leave for a while then try controlling Spotify from your Ionic again.  Hope this helps.

Thanks CalumK, however for me that's not the case, I have only paired my phone and Ionic... 

I think this is one of the downsides of Ionic, in blaze I can pair with no problem at all.

have you been able to pair your Ionic under "bluetooth classic"? I could not...

My iPod needed no other pairing than the initial set up process.  Is it worth trying a factory reset on Ionic and seeing if this works.  Good luck!
