As I know, there are three LEDs (green, red, IR) in Ionic. But only green led is fired in normal state.

How can I use red led ans IR led??

You can’t. Any equipment that’s not currently enabled in the watch is clearly available for use in future software updates but there’s nothing the user can do directly that will turn these things on or off.

Red and IR LEDS are only active during sleep right now.
