How do I change the location on app. There is no option for south africa

As @Odyssey13 mentioned, currently there is a Voluntary Safety Recall of Fitbit Ionic Smartwatches. For more information, please visit our web page at help.fitbit.com/ionic.

Hi @Bash_SA  location is usually derived from our smartphones. The Ionic has been voluntarily recalled due to a heating issue. You recently purchase it?

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14
