How do I change the 3 coach exercises?

I have just purchased the ionic and have the free 3 month premium subscription, I have downloaded the coach and Fitbit app To my iPhone X but can’t find a way to change the 3 Preset exercises 
 Its Driving me crazy. It shouldn’t be this difficult???

@11AndyG85 A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this. 

It's great to hear that you subscribed to the 90-day Free Trial. The Coach workouts showing on your Ionic will change during syncs but you'll need to link Fitbit and Coach, please follow the procedure mentioned on this article. 

Find below the workouts that will appear on your watch: 

  • 1 Personalized program session workout
  • 4-6 recommended workouts (will change periodically during syncs)
