My Ionic display on occassion automatically displays " Unlock with your I Phone" and i cant display the time.

This screen locks last about 5 seconds & returns to normal but could reappear after i next look at the time again.

How do i permanently delete this from happening.

You can reset or change the pin code on your Fitbit Ionic by doing the following:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab User-added image your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Device Lock.
  3. Find the option to change your PIN code.

You can learn more about it by checking this article: How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit device?
