My Ionic arrived with a chip in the anodized part - I've emailed support twice over the past two weeks and received no response other than the automated "We got your email". Has anyone had success with the support email? I initially emailed to https://contact.fitbit.com and then also responded to the acknowledgement which was https://contact.fitbit.com.
Any thoughts on getting their attention?

The best way to get into contact with Fitbit is:

Since you've been waiting a bit, I would recommend the Live Chat option. Hope this helps.
