How do I set interval timer for Ionic?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi,

I used Exercise Shortcut on Ftibit webapp for ionic to setup 3 mins run 1 min walk for 14 intervals. I was expecting to see the same 3 min timer followed by 1 min timer, but I am seeing a 28 interval 60 mins timer. I maybe doing something wrong. Any tips ? Please share links if already discussed.

Thank you.

Hi, when I set my intervals I went to the Ionic and scrolled down to exercise shortcuts, tapped interval timer and the following page comes up. I just set what I wanted and synced and it worked! Is that what you did?

Thanks, I am using iPhone. The setup on phone looks as expected. Move 3 mins and move 1 min, but on the ionic I see with the little list icon of move 3 and rest 1.

Ionic calculates it as 28 Cycles and starts a 56 min timer. I would have liked to see a Move and Walk for 3 mins and 1 min interface. This is a bit round about. For example at any cycle I wouldnt know whether it is a Run or Walk - I have to mentally remind that Odd cycles are runs and  Even cycles are walk

Hey @Shrividya, it's great to see you here and @NellyG thanks for the input.

For more information about how the intervals work, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provide there.

Let me know how it goes. Smiley Happy
