How do I set my Ionic and App to only sync when I pull the screen down in the app

I turned off All Day Sync.  I thought that equated to 'manual' sync of the Ionic, but nope. If I open the app on my phone, the FitBit will still sync.  So the All Day Sync appears to allow the Ionic to sync even when the app is not open on my phone.

How do I get the watch to never sync unless I pull down in the app to force a sync?

Only way to do that is turn your Bluetooth off. It wont sync until you turn it back on

Thanks for the reply. Not a solution I can use since everything I use with my phone requires bluetooth.  I uninstalled the app and will use my laptop to sync.
