how do I make this Iconic work with Bluetooth only,  my cell keeps asking for a network, I 'm in an area where there is no Wi-Fi, Bluetooth doesn't seem to work on either my S8 Plus or my Dell 7386 new 

Everything worked at home on my network but on this job, there is no Wi-Fi we only have LAN. Wha tis going on and how do I fix it.

Your ionic will track ok without internet access but it needs more than bluetooth in order to sync as that involves taking data from the fitbit, copying it to the phone over bluetooth and then moving it to the fitbit servers. 

 

It can store tracking data on the Ionic for several days between syncs so as long as you get internet access every now and then it should be fine.
