How to add wifi network?

My Ionic says "Wifi not found"

I'm at a new location, and can't find any way to add a wifi network.

Could someone please explain to me how to do this? Preferably involving what I actually see on my screen?

I've found a solution saying to click account profile --> Ionic --> Wifi settings.

Well, I can find nothing about Wifi setting anywhere.

On the phone dashboard tap on the icon on the upper right (the one that looks like a document). This brings you to the account page. On this page tap on the Ionic tile. This should be the Ionic settings.  Scroll down and tap on the Wi-Fi Settings tile. You should see an Add Network button.
