How to change Screen Wake setting?

I used to able to lift my hand to view time and date. 
now I have to push button to get time and date. 
how do I change it back so when I lift my arm the time will display?

Hold in left side button a few seconds;  look for 'Screen Wake';  tap to toggle on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you so much. I knew what was happening when I couldn't get the screen to show when I raised my arm, but could not find it anywhere. It kept happening often when I put the Fitbit to charge and I accidentally hit the Screen Wake, but I could not figure out how I could access the Screen Wake feature to turn it back on. This time I put the solution in a note in my phone.
