Got my Ionic nearly 2 weeks ago. Ended up paying more for it after returning a brand new blaze that just wasn't even setting up properly. Has worked reasonably fine until 2 days ago when it wouldn't sync at all so today I unpaired, deleted and reinstalled app, cleared cache, turned off the Phone, rebooted the watch and all I get after I put in the pin code is a message to say Bluetooth isn't working! I' about to throw this thing at the wall!! Help!!!

This seems to always be Fitbits goto response for their faulty products. Turn it off, turn it on, unpair/repair, uninstall/reinstall. Why do we have to do all of this EVERYTIME? When will y’all just admit your product has issues and y’all refuse to fix them? I’ve had fitbit products since your first wearable and it’s always been this way; ESPECIALLY with the Ionic. I’m always afraid to turn the dang thing off because there’s no telling if it will ever turn back on. And if/when it does it’s after pressing the same on buttons for the 100th time the exact same way you did it the first time. It shouldn’t be this hard to operate your product but it ALWAYS is. Then the pair process OMG it’s the most annoying convoluted process ever. I’m doing everything instructions say yet my phone still can’t find the dang watch. I swear the next company that actually makes a wearable fitness watch Thats anywhere near accurate as fitbit I’m abandoning this fitbit ship.

I'm feeling just as frustrated... New phone and everything else transitioned hitch free except fitbit ionic. First wouldn't le me log on for 2 days. Cleared cache and force stopped so fixed that. Now I cant pair.. Why is there no pair option in settings? Its got it but only for music devices.!
