my clock is show 3am when it is 3 pm, so sleep app is off. have tried re-synching and restarting watch. Any ideas how to fix this??

Was the resync successful?
The time is from your phone - or whatever you sync to. If on Android go into settings>Apps & notifications>select Fitbit and hit Force Stop. Back out and restart the Fitbit app again and attempt to resync. May take several tries for a successful resync.
