How to correct time on Ionic?

I flew from Pacific to Eastern time zone today but the Ionic won’t show correct time. Now what??

Since you flew from Pacific to Eastern time zone please sync your Fitbit Ionic and the timezone should correct. If it doesn't then follow this procedure to update your timezone on your Fitbit app.
