How do I delete this post? I'm tired of being trolled with sarcasm and condescending comments just because I posting my opinion.

Exhibit A for 1 time posters about problems. It is scratch resistant, but nothing is perfect. Not only does Fitbit not warranty scratches, neither does Garmin, TomTom, Polar, Samsung, Apple.

Glass scratches deal with it.. Its not A Sapphire screen.. Its just Gorilla Glass 3.. which by definition is listed as
"enhanced scratch resistance, reduced scratch visibility and better retained strength once a scratch does occur"

You cannot delete a post. I think first time posters do complain about a company's product on that company's forums are usually viewed as trolls. People on here with hundreds of posts, likes, and solved issues are not trolls, we are here to help.
I was simply pointing out to you that NO company warranties against glass scratches, so it is not fair to bag on Fitbit fire telling you it was not covered under warranty, which was your complaint.
