Hi @Briando9  the Ionic was recalled. As for setting it up, here are the directions - click to read. As you set up, it will generate a four digit code on the device, so that is the one you use to continue the set up. Since the Ionic was recalled, it won't be getting any updates.

Currently there is a voluntary Safety Recall of Fitbit Ionic Smartwatches. For more information, please visit our web page at help.fitbit.com/ionic.

 

I wanted to let you know that I'm going to close this thread to keep the Community organized and prevent any confusion.
