Hi, it is possible to download all my collected activity data from fitbit ?

This was an issue a long time ago, I cant remember if I found an answer.
At one point, I think that you can email them and they will send you a file
with all the data....sorry, just not sure. Its frustrating - its our data,
dont know why they would restrict access. Good luck.

Your a lifesaver!  Great advice!  I'm surprised FITBIT doesn't provide this information that in their download instruction.  I never heard of a .JLON until I tried export my data with an emphasis on "my" because, remember, it is your data.  You've only agree to let the company share it and use it for research purposes but you own it.!

Thanks this did work but I have a Sense fitbit and want to download my heart rate data.  Do you know if this is possible?

The bug seems to have gotten worse.  I exported my weight to a CSV after using the app for a few days, and it has dozens of days before I entered anything.
