How do you restart the Ionic?  Mine stopped working so I thought it was dead.  I have been charging it for 6 hours and it won't come back on.  How do I turn it on?

@ccn062593  Welcome to the Community. If you give your left button a press you will see the Fitbit embelm appear and the boot sequence will follow once complete you should get a short buzz to confirm it has completed.

@ccn062593 If pressing the left button alone does not do the trick try a restart - hold the left button and the bottom right button in for about 10 seconds. This is a reboot of the software.
