How to set 1/4 mile laps/cues?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Need to set silent quarter mile notifications for speed drills.  Can't find this on the dashboard at fitbit.com.  Also, only can do 1/2 mile notifications on the app.  Any ideas?

@EvoMike A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.

You could set laps on your Fitbit Ionic directly by doing the following:

  1. On your watch, open the Exercise app

     > swipe to choose an exercise.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top left.
  3. Find Show Laps, and change the setting to Automatically.
  4. Find Automatic Lap Settings, and choose the cue type and frequency.
  5. Press the back button to return to the exercise screen.
  6. Tap the exercise screen, then tap the play icon to start the workout.

At the moment it's only possible to choose from 0.5 to 5 miles. The available laps are miles, kilometers and and minutes.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Thank you Silvia!  Hope they put a quarter mile in as an update but this works.

@EvoMike Thank you for getting back.

If you would like that this could be implemented in the near future, please post your idea in our Feature Suggestion board, those are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit plans.
