Touch screen not working

Since morning touch screen of my ionic not working. I have tried all the stunts possible. It is just 5 months old. Any chances of revival.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Ionic device following the next steps:

 

  1. For Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. 
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

I tried all the stunts you mentioned, nothing happened. However two days
later it Miraculously healed itself on its own and is working absolutely
perfect. Hope it doesn't happen again.

My Ionic Touchscreen does not swipe properly anymore. I tried both the shutdown and factory re-set procedures and it still fails to function properly. I purchased the Ionic in May 2019. Are there any other options to try and get the screen to work properly?

I'm sorry to know that you're experiencing the same issue, thank you for taking into consideration the troubleshooting steps from my previous posts. To move forward with your issue, can you please try changing your Ionic's clock face?

No luck. I tried 2 different clock faces and it failed to swipe left on them both. When I went back to the original clock face it would swipe left grudingly and then would not swipe right or make the connection to the Exercise button.
