I've followed the instructions and my Wi-Fi is working as my phone is connected on it yet I can't get my ionic connected! I only got it today and I'm rather unhappy if I can't get this set up as I won't be able to use it to its fullest potential!

Hi , @Bloy, here is the Fitbit help article all about connecting to wifi. At the bottom there is a link to a troubleshooting section for why you may not be connecting.

which system is your phone running?
do you know if your Wi-Fi is operating in 2,4 or the 5,6 GHz frequency?
Ionic supports just the 2,4 GHz mode, further details can be found in https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/5-GHz-wifi/td-p/2216855
