Hi,

 

Is it possible to sync an Ionic on a Mac laptop? I don't have the iPhone I've synced with so need to do it solely on my laptop.

Hi @Invader75, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, sorry for the delay in responding your post.

 

If you do not have a mobile device to sync your Ionic with the Fitbit app, I suggest you to check the steps that are specified on: How do Fitbit devices sync their data? for more information about how to sync your Fitbit using a Windows or Mac computer.

Yep, tried all that. Doesn't work as you can't connect to from a Mac (bluetooth) to an Ionic.
