Hi,

I have a Fitbit Ionic and after some time without using it, I am not able to turn it on. He's been charging for 10 hours but I can't turn it on. I've tried to press the buttons to restart but it doesn't work. Can you tell me what I can do more? thank you.

Hi i also have ionic- which since the battery went flat overnight, will not charge or turn on. have cleaned the magnetic heads no difference

My Fitbit ionic has also just died have tried cleaning the connection and a different charging cable but no joy

Hi just solved my issue

hold down all three buttons untill fitbit icon came on- must have turned itself off when battery low 5%- it then started charging - all good now
