First Fitbit was the blaze loved it
I have had my ionic for almost two years now and it has been almost worthless to me..
the amount of times I had to reset or call in about it has put me to the point of giving up..
the feature that I used to be able to count on was my sleep but for the past three months there is usually at least one day in the week that it only tracks the first two hours of it..
never get my messages but it will at least tell me when I have answered a phone call( like I don’t know that on my own)
but can someone please tell me why it will sometimes only track my sleep for a couple hours.
I have updated it and restarted it.
The funny part is it always seems to do it on a day that I really feel like I slept the best

Hello Welcome to the Community Forums @Bsp33, sorry for the delay in responding your post.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for all the details that were shared, I understand how frustrating this situation can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this sleep issue and how many times since then? Which mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app? Is the Fitbit app and the operation system version of your phone up to date? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device again and try wearing it on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep, and let me know if the issue persists.
Looking forward to your reply.
