My ionic has been acting strangely for several weeks. It will no longer swipe to the right, I cannot select anything on the right side of the screen, and each day it randomly selects an activity it says I’m doing the entire day. For example, every few seconds I “drink” 6666.6 ounces of water. Or I’m using a Fitstar trainer for 0.3 seconds. Or I need to setup my wallet. Or ..... it has a new task for me each day.
In addition, my Fitbit randomly scrolls through my metrics, scrolls through my apps, and scrolls through my notifications with no touch to prompt the action.
I have tried to restart and I have reset to factory settings— which was challenging since half of the face of the Fitbit does not want to recognize touch.
Any suggestions for how to resolve? I have been a daily wearer for 15 months. But my product is longer functioning in a useful way and I will soon need to find a replacement if this continues.
My son also has an Ionic and he is starting to experience the same issues. Because of this, I believe the problem is software related.

Since you already tried our restart process and factory reset procedures to no avail, we would like to recommend you to change your device's clock face following the steps that are specified on: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists so we can move forward.

Thank you for the follow up @RicardoFitbit. Unfortunately, changing the clock face did not work either.
The touch screen has now lost all touch capability beyond the home screen and randomly scrolls through my widgets and notifications throughout the day. I have to restart the device each day to clear this.
Please let me know what additional troubleshooting I can try. Is it possible to revert back to the previous OS version to see if that stabilizes the device?
