Hi, I opened up my Ionic yesterday to set it all up. downloaded the app but the app required an update which i have tried to do. however it keeps failing, i know there was issues with the old P9 models does the P10 Plus have the same issues with compatibility? and if so whats the time frame of fix?

Im afraid it is not on the Compatible Devices List either. As far as the time frame till it becomes compatible, I dont think anyone has any idea (and if they do they are not saying)
