I was excited to use my new Ionic watch but have been unable to connect it to my iphone 8 - wondering if it is compatible with it yet?
Have also tried to connect it to my HP laptop - Windows 10, but it is asking for a wireless dongle - have pulled the box apart but cannot find a wireless dongle - it suggests connecting to a mobile app!!
Please help...

@JenAberle yes the Ionic will work with your iPhone and tbh is a better bet than your laptop. Make sure the Ionic is plugged in and charged, and that Bluetooth is switched on in the iPhone settings, as well as being in range of your wireless network, as it'll want to download an update during setup. If your Ionic doesn't seem to be doing anything try holding the left and bottom right buttons for about 10 secs to try and kick start a restart.
