Hi, i am aware of some syncing issues and i've followed all the steps to remove the device from my fitbit and phone but it's STILL NOT SYNCING 😞 Very frustrating when you're competing with friends in a step challenge!

May I suggest you let us know what phone you're using, as well as the OS version, and what steps you've taken to try and resolve this yourself. Then we can see if we are able to offer any additional tips.

Hi @Beck1576 I suggest having a good read of this thread https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/ionic-syncing-issues/td-p/2223581 as this is a well discussed matter, and reposting the same stuff does get a little repetitive
