In the past i've got some problems with syncing Huawei P9 en P10. But my new P20 Lite does not synchronize at all….Bluetooth problem!

Yes, there is a problem with the Huawei "lite" phones. Fitbit say:

 

"Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent Huawei Lite models, including P8 and P9 Lite, from syncing with some devices, like Fitbit devices, our products are not compatible with these mobile phones."

This is why you won't find these phones on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

Don't know why I'm bothering posting, Fitbit's customer engagement policy involves formulating standard responses to copy paste for different scenarios. You will never get a commitment or timeline with regards to resolving an issue, just a long-winded basic "We may or not ever get around to fixing your issues, thanks for your $300.00, feel free to post again but we're not actually listening".

 

Anyways yeah, got me a P20 lite and now my watch is useless as it won't sync.
