My Huawei mate 10 pro will not communicate with my Fitbit ionic. Very frustrated.

It is frustrating when you cant get your phone to work with your tracker. Unfortunately your phone is not on the Supported Devices List so that is probably why you are having problems. Do younhave another device (on the list) that you coukd use, like a tablet or a laptop?

Will this phone Huwaei mate 10 pro never communicate with Fitbit ionic? Will it never be on the support list?  This is one of the newest phone on the marked and one of the best!

Fitbit need to catch a wake up the iconic is there newest device  but only compatible with old devices. Huawei is one of the top phones on the market. Especially the mate 10 pro. Yet these two are noy compatible with one another

I experience the same problem and trying every means to make them cope with the problem asap. If the ionic cannot support mate 10, fitbit must address the problem whether they sell their product to customer!!!

You finally find a solution? im very angry with this...the watch is usefull without sync and notifications. Im think to sell the watch and return to garmin
