I can't sync my ionic with my iPod touch

Trying to sync with my iPod touch and use the music control. It comes up when I search for the iPod but then says connection failed.

Same issue here. And it's annoying. Ionic and Flyer headphones just will not show up in the bluetooth menu on the ipod touch. Even though it has the same OS as my iphone. I could do with a fix ASAP. I have a better music selection on the ipod touch with a better storage capacity. And did buy the headphones specifically to use with the ipod when running or walking.

 

Also, the Fitbit app on the ipod touch can't find the Ionic. Because of this connection issue. And constantly displays the "looking" status if you try to sync. I didn't have this issue with the surge.

Any know if this has been fixed. I can't get the iPod and ionic to pair.

No getting very frustrated    come on Fitbit    get your act together.. I Have tried everything   multiple times     maybe time to refund   go back to a Garmin or such???
