I dis-pair!

Few months into living with (putting up with) Ionic. My original set up of watch took hours and had to be left overnight. When we finally got it working it was fine, but regularly it disconnects and i dont always notice until i realise that no phone notifications are coming through. Sometimes it just needs a quick bluetooth reboot. But serveral times i have had to completely disconnect the device from the app and start over. My charger got damaged last week so while i was waiting for a new one the battery obviously ran down. Now it has AGAIN disconnected. After trying the usual things i have had to remove the device and start agian. But AGAIN it wont repair with my phone. I have really had enough and cantnbelieve i saved up for and paid that amount of money. Has anyone else had these connetion issues?
