I need help with syncing

Well, I thought I’d be able to put up with it till an update fixes it but I think I’m done now.

mine will not sync. I’ve tried all the ‘solutions’ I can find on here. 

I’m now at the stage where I’ve removed my device from the app. Tried to add it as a new device, I get to the point where I enter the code on the ionic and it says ‘connecting to fitbit’ then stays there.

If you've removed it from the app, have you also "forgotten" it in your Bluetooth settings and reset the Ionic, all at the same time before trying to add it as a new device?

What I have seen many times working to fix the syncing issue:

If you have your ionic paired to other bluetooth (let's say it was paired to your computer, and to your iphone/android) and you want to reset it with your iphone/android, you will have to remove it from your computer.

As well, as mentioned above, once you remove it from your fitbit account, remove it from the bluetooth as well.

Restarting the cellphone and the ionic before trying the set up process is also helpful.

Thanks but I’ve done all of that. I have to remove and re-add my Fitbit every day. 

Theres a problem with It. contacted fitbit for a return. I may re- buy it when the bugs get fixed. Back to the charge 2 for me until then....
