My. Ionic is less than 18 months old and won’t charge anymore. Have a replacement charger on order but looking at the other threads with failed devices I am not holding my breath. Shocking quality from a big expensive product. Will give customer service a call but again looking at the forums I am not holding my breath. Obviously a Fault with the Ionic product that Fitbit should come clean about given the numbers reporting faults.

See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

Thank you Wendy . Tried the advice with no luck. An interesting thread charging the Fitbit and do’s and don’t’s. Fitbit just won’t charge after running dry.

Thank you for your advice. Managed to speak to Fitbit customer service and a simple connection to the usb wall socket and reset with holding left button and bottom right kicked it back into life. Very happy now and take back some of the comments about Fitbit.
