Hi Team

 

I just got FITBIT IONIC and while i was setting it up, it wanted me to update the firmware.
During the upgrade, the internet connectivity went down and it said "Update Failed" in my phone.
At that point the Watch screen turned black (Like it is when it is turned off completely). I have tried holding the left and bottom right button for 10 and 15 seconds (More than that) but it still wont turn on. The charging was full before i started updating and it was connected to charger while it was updating so the question of battery running out is out of scope.

Please help me regarding this as this was my first FITBIT and i really want to use it.

Try a hard reset by holding down all 3 buttons at the same time for about 15-30 seconds.
