IONIC compatibility with Samsung A11

Need the Samsung Galaxy A11 to be a compatible device for my Ionic.  Had to change phones and have lost all tracking options which almost makes the Fitbit device a glorified watch.

Please help !!!

That article only states OS and the A11 runs on OS 10.  Are you saying the A11 will now work as previously, the same website did not list A11 as compatible?
