I just unbox ionic and put to charge.

However I having problem to charge it.

IT remain with fitbit logo, I been changing from charging with computer to usb.

Until now 6 hours still empty.

I tried to reboot but still same.

Anyone can help. Is a gift from a friend in Australia, is there any service centre in Johor Malaysia

You need to download the app on your phone and set up the device from there. The watch by default will only show the logo out of the box.
